PEZ: Which ride(s) are you most proud of?
Winning the Three Peaks for the first time was a great personal feeling and also doing the Pennine Way which as I had no idea of the route for most of it – especially around the Scottish Borders, a real adventure. In running – setting the 2000m steeplechase record, which although its 50 years ago is still as fast as the present youngsters are doing looking at the English Schools Results and I was running on a cinder track.
