Dean has a fascinating history with the 3 Peaks Cyclo-cross and is a 20-time finisher. From the heady days of a 2nd place fainish in 1995 – the first year I rode the race – to the even headier days of 2024, Dean’s first year as the event organiser. Dean’s got some fascinating tales to tell and I thought about editing this rather long gossip down, but just didn’t know what to cut! A great chat, and a fantastic insight into Dean’s drive to keep the spirit of this race alive, but to allow it to continue to evolve.
