The ‘story’ such as it is, of the recce is here on my personal blog. On balance, I think the photo of Lewis carrying his bike through Horton wasn’t nearly as head-turning as three men with full matching lycra and helmets on heading up the top half of Whernside without their bikes (keepin’ it legal, kids).
