Another classic Rider account of the 2005 race – this time, Ian Cleverly from Mosquito Bikes gives his story. Ian’s account is full of the passion of a jilted 3 peaks rider – his 2004 attempt was badly hampered by an untimely cold, so his return shows a familiar obsession with going well in ‘the big one’ this time round. “the first full-frontal view of the mighty Ingleborough fills our vision and the grand folly that is the Three Peaks hits home for the first time.
